IT and Cloud Services for Businesses in Europe
Cloud Bilişim is an IT, cloud and software services company serving businesses in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Switzerland. Our European work runs through our office in Lausanne, Switzerland. We deliver cloud servers, cloud backup, business email, firewall management, websites and custom software remotely and, when needed, on site, with support in English and Turkish.
Most of this work never needs a site visit. A cloud server, a backup job or a mailbox works the same for a company in Rotterdam as for one in Lisbon. When a task needs hands on hardware, our team visits your site on a scheduled date.

Where Is Our European Office?
Our European office is in Lausanne, Switzerland, at Rue de la Forge 2, 1410 Lausanne. Requests from clients in the European Union and Switzerland are handled through this office.
Data protection rights under GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) can be exercised through the same contact channels. See our contact page for details.
Which European Countries Do We Serve?
We work with businesses in eight countries. Each has its own language, time zone and data protection authority, and we take these into account when we plan a project.
Germany
For German businesses, NIS2 readiness is a common topic, and automotive suppliers also need the technical controls behind a TISAX assessment. Data protection is supervised by the federal commissioner (BfDI) and the authorities of each federal state.
The Netherlands
The Netherlands is one of Europe’s main data centre and internet exchange hubs. For Dutch businesses, we provide cloud servers, backup, business email and firewall management. The data protection authority is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Belgium
Belgian businesses often work in Dutch, French and German at once, so we keep documentation and support in English. The data protection authority is the Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données.
France
For French businesses, we keep clear records of where data is stored and who can access it. The data protection authority is the CNIL.
Italy
For Italian businesses, we provide cloud backup, firewall management, websites and custom software. The data protection authority is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Spain
For Spanish businesses, we provide cloud servers, business email, websites and custom software. The data protection authority is the AEPD (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
Portugal
Portugal runs on Western European Time, one hour behind the other countries listed here, and we plan maintenance windows accordingly. The data protection authority is the CNPD.
Switzerland
Switzerland is home to our European office in Lausanne. Swiss data protection follows the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and is supervised by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
How Do We Handle GDPR and NIS2?
When we process personal data on your behalf, we sign a data processing agreement, as GDPR Article 28 requires. Before a project starts, we agree with you where the data will be stored and who will have access to it.
The NIS2 Directive asks companies in essential and important sectors to manage the security of their supply chain, including IT service providers. If your company is in scope, we document the security measures we apply to your systems so you can include them in your own records.
How Does Remote IT Support Work Across Time Zones?
You open a request by phone, email or ticket. With your approval, we connect over an encrypted session and resolve the issue remotely. Every action is logged and summarised in a monthly report.
Our working hours overlap with most of the Central European working day. Planned maintenance, such as server updates or firewall changes, runs in a window you approve, so it does not interrupt your team.
